Standards Compliance Statement
This site has been designed with current best-practices toward accessibility and the implementation of "standards based" methods. The documents in this site validate as “XHTML Transitional” and employ Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) as the primary layout vehicle. Testing has been performed on Windows and Macintosh computers in a variety of web browsers including Internet Explorer versions 5.x–6 for Windows, Mozilla, Firefox 1.x & 1.5, Netscape 8 and Safari.

Automated and self-policing tests have been performed against both the U.S. Section 508 and WAI governances. Javascript is not required for this site to function with the exception of the file upload form, which requires javascript for client-side validation messages.
